Centre for Middle Ground® is located in Ahwatukee, Arizona and offers counseling services for adolescent girls, emerging women and couples who reside in the surrounding communities including Phoenix, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler and Mesa. Our goal is to help the individuals in our community have the most fulfilling, satisfying relationships possible. We provide psychotherapy in individual, couple and group group sessions, as well as providing Gottman relationship enrichment workshops. Middle Ground® honors the unique qualities each client possesses by creating a an individualized plan for treatment to help you achieve your goals.
